Postage/Delivery

• All orders requiring delivery are to be placed online via our website at www.craftyangel.co.uk
• Postage is to UK addresses only unless by prior agreement and quotation.
• Postage options and costs are clearly displayed in your online ’checkout’. Please select your required delivery option.
• Orders may be placed online for collection in-store. Please allow 2 working days and note our store opening times.
• Our orders are shipped via Royal Mail and we aim to dispatch within 2 working days.
• Packages are sent Royal Mail 'signed for service' which will require a signature upon delivery.
• For larger packages we may use an alternative courier. 
• The delivery address must be entered in the ‘checkout’ section of your online transaction. This must be a UK delivery address and cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
